HVAC Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise and coordinate HVAC technicians and subcontractors on site.

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily HVAC operations, installations, and maintenance tasks.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment, and work orders.

Monitor inventory of HVAC parts, tools, and equipment, and request supplies as needed.

Train and mentor HVAC staff on technical skills, safety practices, and company policies.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and supervision.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and equipment.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of safety standards and local regulations.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Requirements
