We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in delivering the MENA Insurtech and Fintech Summit 2026. This role is essential in supporting the Event Manager across all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in stakeholder engagement, contract and payment follow-ups, vendor management, and marketing support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about events, innovation, and financial technology to help bring one of the region’s flagship industry gatherings to life.
Support communication with sponsors, partners, exhibitors, and participants; manage timely follow-ups and updates.
Work closely with venue teams, catering providers, and other suppliers to ensure smooth operations, including F&B arrangements and logistics.
Track contracts, manage follow-ups on signatures and approvals, and ensure co-ordination with legal and finance teams for timely delivery.
Maintain project trackers, schedules, and reporting to ensure deadlines are met and the team stays on track.
