Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Specialist

Job‑Specific Skills

Deep architecture knowledge of Azure, AWS, and / or GCP.

Expertise in IaaS / PaaS / SaaS, IaC (Terraform / Bicep / ARM), and CI / CD integration.

Strong Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, and Group Policy skills.

Strong Exchange / O365 hybrid experience.

Virtualization and enterprise backup / DR expertise.

Advanced networking and security architecture (firewalls, WAF, VPNs, etc.).

Governance, RBAC, and policy management experience.

Strong scripting and automation background (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Familiarity with observability tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and deployment of scalable cloud and on‑prem infrastructure.

Define governance and operational frameworks.

Oversee hybrid integrations and connectivity.

Lead modernization initiatives and cloud migrations.

Optimize cloud performance, monitoring, automation, and cost.

Ensure compliance with security and configuration standards.

Provide technical leadership to infrastructure teams.

Collaborate with cross‑functional technology teams.

Drive IaC‑based automation and provisioning.

Maintain enterprise infrastructure documentation.

Participate in strategic planning and capacity management.

Lead disaster recovery strategy and testing.

Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Hold at least one advanced certification :

Azure Solutions Architect Expert

• AWS Solutions Architect (Associate / Professional)
• Google Cloud Architect
• VMware VCP‑DCV / Cisco CCNP / CompTIA Cloud+
• ITIL v4 Foundation or higher

Minimum Experience

10–12 years of progressive IT experience.

5+ years in cloud architecture and hybrid infrastructure design.

Experience leading modernization, migrations, and automation projects.

Experience mentoring teams and supporting strategic planning.
