Responsibilities

• To promote guest satisfaction by ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are well maintained.
• To be fully aware of the maintenance request procedure and ensure that it is followed and carried out at all times.
• To be instructed by the relevant supervisor of his duties in regards to maintaining guest room and public areas to the highest possible standard.
• To be fully versed and capable in electrical, plumbing and painting requirements related to the designated areas of work (should be multi-skill).
• To be practically adaptable and willing to take on works and requirements asked to him.
• If judged to be capable of carrying out a different job title / requirement, must be willing to accept new job challenges and position.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the room is left clean and in perfect working condition after completion of any work performed.
• Maintain a good rapport and working relationship and report for duty punctually wearing the proper uniform and name tag appropriately.
