Responsibilities As an Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul Engineer Technician – Surface Pressure Control , you will be responsible for :

Maintaining Tubing Hanger plugs, Running and Retrieving Tools i.e. (Wellvex, CRQ, K-plug, L-plug, etc…) for different sizes of 4”, 5” & 7”.

Facilitating third‑party (repair / periodic maintenance) of equipment when required

Redressing the Plugs, the Running and Retrieving Tools, including the seals, the load shoulders and the shear pins / screws.

Maintaining the maintenance logbook

Carrying out the activities of the mobilization and the demobilization of the plugs to / from offshore installations, i.e. preparation to the inspection, packing, preservation, and maintaining the CCUs.

Preparing the Plug, Running and Retrieving Tools for the inspection.

Supporting the other workshop activities, whenever required.

Providing supervision, mentorship and leadership of technicians in the absence of the supervisor / manager

Maintaining equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs

Qualifications

Have a bachelor's degree / Technical Diploma

Have a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in slickline or wireline either in the field or the workshop, especially with the GS, GR & other running and retrieving tools

Have good communication skills

Experience with assembly and disassembly of the Wireline / Slickline Plugs, Running and Retrieving Tools.

Experience with the troubleshooting of the Wireline / Slickline Plugs, Running Tools and Retrieving Tools

Ability to read the manuals, procedures and work instructions.
