Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a technical, administrative role, preferably in an IT or tech-related environment. Strong understanding of technical terms and processes. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical staff. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Technical Sales and Sales skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in providing technical support Ability to work independently and in a team environment Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in the IT and technology industry is a plus Fluent in English, proficiency in Arabic or another language is a plus Ability to travel as needed for business purposes Candidates who are willing to Relocate to Qatar are most welcome.
