Structural Engineer – Offshore Platforms

I am seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join my client's team for an offshore oil and gas project in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and analysing offshore structures, including jackets and topside facilities. Key Responsibilities :

Lead the engineering and design of offshore structures Perform structural analysis using industry-standard software Design jackets and topside elements, ensuring stability and compliance with regulations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural elements with other systems Conduct environmental load calculations and material selection Provide support during offshore installation and construction phases Prepare technical documentation and reports Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore platform structural design Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SACS, STAAD.Pro, ANSYS) Knowledge of offshore design codes and standards Strong communication and technical writing skills Preferred Qualifications :
