Job descriptionArrange international and domestic travel : flights, visas, accommodation, and ground transportation. Ensure seamless door-to-door travel experiences, managing last-minute changes with composure. Organise logistics for business trips, conferences, client visits, and events. Handle daily administrative tasks including documentation, expense reporting, and record management. Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and VIP stakeholders across global markets. Support strategic projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items on behalf of the CEO. Maintain strict confidentiality and act as a trusted gatekeeper. Assist with ad-hoc personal tasks, lifestyle management, and private arrangements when required. Coordinate personal appointments, events, and household or family-related logistics as needed. Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential. Additional languages-particularly Arabic, French, or Mandarin-are a significant advantage. Prior experience supporting a senior executive, HNWI, or international CEO . Excellent organisational and time-management capabilities-able to handle competing priorities with ease. Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity. High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence. Proficient in MS Office Suite, digital calendar tools, and productivity platforms. Strong written communication and presentation skills. Calm, confident, and solutions-oriented. Comfortable in high-pressure, fast-paced professional environments. Flexible and adaptable-able to work irregular hours when necessary. Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. Polished, professional, and discreet in all interactions. Competitive contract-based remuneration. Overview
We are seeking a highly capable, discreet, and globally minded Personal Assistant to support a high-profile, internationally active CEO. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to operate with confidence in a fast-paced environment. Based in Doha, Qatar , this is a contract position with strong potential to evolve into a long-term engagement for the ideal candidate.
The successful candidate will serve as the CEO's right hand-managing schedules, coordinating international engagements, and ensuring seamless daily operations across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage and optimise the CEO's complex calendar, including international travel, meetings, and high-level engagements.
- Prepare briefing materials, itineraries, and agendas to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all commitments.
- Screen, prioritise, and respond to communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate confidential correspondence and maintain utmost discretion at all times.
