Job Description

We are recruiting for a Teaching Centre Assistant. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated person who will deliver high quality and efficient customer services to internal and external teaching centre customers, meeting customers’ needs and enabling the British Council to achieve its objectives. The job holder will support the Teaching Centre in the delivery of quality courses (especially Young Learners), in particular by assisting teachers to monitor young learners. Successful Candidates Ideal candidates should have the following experience and skills, in addition to British Council required Core Skills as listed in the Role Profile : English at proficiency level C1Spoken Arabic at proficiency level C1High school degree as minimumWorking / volunteering experience in a customer-facing roleIntermediate command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Desirables may be used during short listing in the event of a large number of applicants for the posts and priority will be given to applicants who already are in Qatar.
