Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Retail Store Manager located in Doha, Qatar. The Assistant Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, handle retail loss prevention, and facilitate communication between team members and management. The role also includes maintaining store presentation and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Strong Communication abilities
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Previous retail management experience is an advantage
