Talent Acquisition Specialist @ Keeta | MSc @ King's College London What You'll Do
- Develop user frequency operation strategies, and oversee the order penetration in these scenarios. Our operational tactics are diverse and include, but are not limited to, category campaign, scenario operation, and marketing game play;
- Identify operation opportunities through market analysis and user demand identification, devise innovative marketing strategies tailored to the local market, and continually update and improve our marketing tools;
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, adjusting our operational strategies as needed to ensure meeting our key target;
- Generate insightful marketing ideas, and create popular case studies;
Coordinate with Marketing, B-end, D-end, and product teams to ensure efficient implementation and take responsibility for the outcomes of our projects.
What We Need From You
Candidates should possess strong strategic skills and good communication and understanding abilities. Experience with SQL is a plus;The ability to manage complex projects is required, along with a wealth of experience in activity planning and project management;Experience in managing merchant marketing activities and traffic operations is necessary. Experience in executing large‑scale integrated marketing projects is highly desirable;Candidates should have strong market insight and innovative thinking, with the ability to explore new business models based on business understanding.
