Supports the organization’s learning strategy byhelping identify training needs, aligning programs with business goals, andmonitoring learning outcomes for continuous improvement.
He / she manages the operational delivery of alltraining activities, including scheduling, logistics, communication, attendancetracking, and event coordination. The role also involves maintaining the LMS,
handling training procurement and documentation, andproviding daily support to employees. Additionally, the officer prepareslearning reports, manages individual training requests and collaborates
with other teams to support development plans.
Strategic Responsibilities :
- Support the development andimplementation of the organization’s learning strategy, ensuring alignmentwith business goals and talent development priorities.
- Support the annual TrainingNeeds Analysis (TNA) process by collecting data, organizing inputs fromdepartments, and helping summarize key learning needs for planningpurposes.
- Contribute to analyzinglearning needs across departments to identify skill gaps and recommendtargeted learning solutions.
- Track and evaluate learningoutcomes to measure impact, identify areas for improvement, and contributeto continuous refinement of the learning strategy.
- Monitor learning trends andbest practices and provide insights to help shape strategic decisions onlearning technologies, platforms, and methodologies.
- Ensure alignment of learningcontent and programs with organizational values, culture-buildinginitiatives, and talent development frameworks.
- Maintain all relevantdepartmental policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly updatedto reflect current processes and align with the organization’srequirements.
- Ensure that all courses,awareness and mandatory sessions listed in the training calendar aredelivered by coordinating schedules, logistics, confirming trainingproviders, and following up with stakeholders to avoid delays orcancellations.
- Design and maintain theTraining Calendar, ensuring it is regularly updated and accurate.
- Manage publishing of trainingannouncements, registration, attendance tracking, and participantcommunication for all learning activities.
- Be present at the opening andclosing of all learning events to ensure proper logistics setup, assistthe trainer as needed, and address participant inquiries. Monitor theevent throughout, manage any issues that arise, and ensure evaluationforms are distributed to participants. Additionally, document the event bytaking photos for records and reporting purposes.
- Maintain and update theLearning Management System (LMS), including course setup, user support,and reporting.
- Handle administrative taskssuch as venue bookings, vendor coordination, and training-relatedprocurement that include reviewing proposals, interviewing potentialtrainers, preparing technical evaluations and writing justificationletters.
- Support internal facilitators,trainers, and subject matter experts with session preparation andtechnical requirements.
- Monitor and record trainingcompletion, feedback, and satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure accurate filing anddocumentation of learning records for compliance and audit purposes.
- Provide day-to-day support toemployees regarding learning queries, processes and system navigation.
- Assist in preparing routinelearning dashboards, attendance summaries and training reports.
- Manage all individual trainingrequests, including reviewing the suitability of the training to therequestor’s job role, sourcing training providers, managing registration,monitoring progress, tracking participation and evaluating outcomes.
- Collaborate with CareerDevelopment Team to deliver the learning requirements for those employeeswith development plans.
- Assist in managing the trainingbudget by tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring thatlearning programs are delivered within allocated resources.
- Prepare training proposals forlearning activities as required.
- Provide support in facilitatingthe Internship Program as needed.

6+ years demonstratedadministrative experience in Learning operationsBachelor’s Degree holderExperienced administrator inany Learning Management System (LMS)Graphic design ability tocreate visually appealing flyers and promotional materials for trainingeventsProvenability to record, collect, extract, and analyze data, translating it intoclear and meaningful reports and initiatives.Excellentoral and written communication skills, with the ability to engageconfidently with employees at all levels (civilian and military) and withtraining providersDemonstratedstrong analytical skills for evaluating learning activities and trainingneeds#J-18808-Ljbffr
