Senior Manager - Business In Retail, Telecommunications Industry

In order to develop their B2B business across operating markets, our client is looking for a Senior Manager- Business in Retail to develop and execute the Go To Market Strategies for the Direct Retail B2B market covering SMEs and micro. This role involves working with Operating Companies to develop consistent group guidance and strategies for Retail Channels. Further responsibilities include developing training and accreditation standards for the Retail Channel as well as creating and monitoring a standard scorecard for the performance assessment of Operating Companies. This will also involve establishing a B2B Sales Academy to ensure best practice across the markets. The role will report to the Group Director B2B and will involve significant travel. The successful candidate must meet the following criteria : Experience in developing a B2B retail channel in an emerging market targeting SME and micro Minimum of 10 years commercial experience with at least 2 years experience in P&L management of Retail Business channels. Experience in training a channel to a standard sales process & methodology Significant literacy in all elements of mobile voice and data, fixed voice and data, Hosting / Cloud Services and Unified Communications, especially the value to businesses.
