HR Officer Role Supporting with the coordination of our Talent Review Succession Planning Process Able to monitor and manage large amounts of employee data and create HR reports when required Managing the full onboarding procedure including job offer letters premedical fitness vis status QID Coordination and delivery of employee HR Letter requests Responsible for the documentation and management of medical insurances both private and government and workmen compensation Reporting on internal HR expenditures budget including management of invoices Coordination of adhoc HR activities including reporting lines organization chart Able to navigate update and manage employment data using an internal HR System Requirements Diploma or equivalent in a related field Bachelors is preferred Minimums of 5 years of HR jobrelated experience Advanced Microsoft skills including Excel Word PowerPoint Preferred experience with HR Systems including SAP Test Gorilla biometric etc Strong interpersonal team working skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working towards tight deadlines whilst managing competing priorities Must be sensitive to confidential information related to candidates and employees Our Company Benefits include Competitive Salary Enhanced Overtime Rates Access to our Internal Vacancies Annual Airfare allowance Long Service Award Scheme Enhanced Private Medical Insurance Package Location Qatar
