Job Title : Waiter

A refined French brasserie in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Waiter to deliver exceptional guest service in a sophisticated dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for classic French cuisine, fine dining service, and guest engagement. This role requires strong knowledge of French gastronomy, wine pairings, and a professional, polished approach to hospitality.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide top-tier guest service, ensuring a seamless and welcoming dining experience.
  • Present and explain the French-inspired menu with confidence, offering suggestions and pairing recommendations.
  • Assist guests in wine and beverage selection, demonstrating knowledge of French wines and classic cocktails.
  • Take and process orders efficiently, liaising with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service.
  • Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor, ensuring an elevated dining atmosphere.
  • Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service flow and high guest satisfaction.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain the restaurant’s high standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Previous experience as a Waiter in a French brasserie, fine dining restaurant, or luxury hospitality setting is required.
  • Strong knowledge of French cuisine, service etiquette, and wine pairings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage with guests.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as French or Arabic are an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure dining environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
