Job Description

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with personalized attention and anticipating their needs.
• Escort guests to appropriate facilities and offer tours of the spa as required.
• Assist guests with spa-related information and answer any questions they may have.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of spa areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and relaxation areas.
• Prepare treatment rooms according to specified guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Act as a host in locker rooms and relaxation areas, ensuring guests find their treatments and are served refreshments.
• Consistently engage with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Stock and organize spa amenities, toiletries, and supplies.
• Collaborate with spa therapists and other team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols.
