Qualifications
Engineering / Economic, Law, Procurement or Logistics Degree in relevant field from recognized institution
Bilingual English and Arabic is a must
Minimum Experience of 10 years
Experience in contract management and procurement
Knowledge of FIDIC and contractual frameworks
Strong negotiation and documentation skills
