A leading engineering firm in Qatar is seeking a Contracts Specialist to manage Non-Framework tenders and oversee procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the water / wastewater industry and strong contract management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying is required, along with excellent communication abilities in English.
