This position is responsible for managing and optimizing the propertys online presence including the official website booking platforms and digital marketing channels. This role focuses on enhancing user experience increasing direct bookings and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

What you will be doing

• Ensure the website is running smoothly updating software and content troubleshooting technical issues and managing hosting and domain registration.
• Manage and update website content creating new content and potentially collaborating with content creators and marketing teams.
• Oversee the development and redesign of the website ensuring it meets business needs and user requirements.
• Monitor website traffic user behavior and overall performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Work with various teams including marketing IT and content creators to ensure website objectives are met.
• Manage web development projects including planning execution and delivery.
• Improve the websites user experience (UX) and ensuring it is accessible to users with disabilities.
• Manage online booking engines integrate with Property Management Systems (PMS) and optimize conversion rates for direct bookings.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Ensure website security and compliance with data protection laws.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the website and booking systems promptly.
