Seeking a motivated Optical Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting suitable optical products provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of optical products and possess strong interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in selecting glasses contact lenses and other optical accessories Explain product features benefits and proper usage to customers Achieve individual and team sales targets Maintain knowledge of the latest optical products and trends Manage and organize stock displays and promotional materials Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments Provide aftersales support and followup to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized store environment Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment Qualifications Skills High school diploma or higher diploma or degree in Optical Technology or related field is a plus Prior sales or customer service experience preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Customerfocused with a friendly attitude Basic computer skills Ability to work in a team and handle multiple customers simultaneously
