Cleaning Technician Lead – Overview
V2X Inc calls for a Cleaning Technician Lead to schedule personnel, supervise custodial services, and maintain quality control across recreational service areas including Lodging, Fitness Centers, Lounges, Community Activity Centers, Learning Resource Centers, Media Centers, and Theaters. The role reports to the Base Custodial Manager and may supervise Cleaning Technicians.

Responsibilities
- Overall management, execution, and personnel supervision of maintenance and custodial services as specified in the Performance Work Statement.
- Coordinate with the Lead Maintenance Technician and other Facility Managers to ensure cleaning and maintenance duties are accomplished in assigned buildings per the PWS.
- Monitor other country nationals in accordance with AFCENTI 32‑1002 and obtain escort badge.
- Communicate company standards, lead by example, and maintain equipment and facilities.
- Prepare reports, enforce safety and performance standards, and maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance.
- Oversee custodial work including restroom cleaning and supply replenishment, floors, baseboards, corners, light fixtures, interior glass, sink and counter, laundry rooms, tables / desks, water potted plants, dusting, spot cleaning, outdoor patio cleaning, trash collection, refrigerators / microwaves, linen sorting, linen resupply, and linen closet restock per the PWS.
- Provide on‑call and additional cleaning services as required.
- Assist with driving and loading / unloading assistance for deliveries of supplies, bottled water, and newspapers.
- Maintain a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, and presentable atmosphere free of dust, clutter, and trash.
- Maintain a comprehensive, flexible, and properly documented training program.
- Properly utilize and safeguard all government and contractor provided property.
- Precisely execute company time reporting procedures and accurately complete timesheet.
- Assist with transporting OCN staff to and from badging appointment and sign badges as a UPC.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Environment
Work may be inside and outside; exposure to cold, dust, noise, and chemicals may occur.Overtime and shift work may be required depending on contractual needs.Must comply with all Federal, State and local regulations and published Company work rules, as well as written instructions.Task‑specific work environment training will be provided as required.Must be prepared to function in a wartime environment to support U. S. interests.100% Overseas Assignment.Minimum Qualifications
Education : One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.High school diploma or equivalent.Valid U. S. Passport and U. S. Driver’s License.Capability of obtaining an Air Force flight line driver’s license and driving a manual transmission.Valid U. S. SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to deployment.Fluent in English.Pass employment and deployment qualification requirements, including psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.Complete both online and hands‑on CBRN defense training, including successful fit testing of DoD provided protective gear.Experience
Minimum of two years within a custodial and / or maintenance environment with progressive supervisory / training experience.Knowledge of applicable fire prevention, ground safety, smoking, and security standards, and ability to provide courteous and professional customer service.Experience as a Forklift driver and HAZMAT training preferred.Skills
Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.Proficient with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.Willing to work long hours to meet mission requirements.Military experience in a contingency environment and knowledge of government contracts preferred.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
