Junior Proposal Engineer

• Define client's requirements and define specific needs etc.
• Good knowledge of infrastructure background projects and industrial buildings including roads / utilities / buildings
• Prepare RFPs for sub-contractors, review calls for proposals, coordinate with procurement and sub-contractors, etc.
• Well aware of Employers’ minimum qualifications including local authorities.
• determining client requirements, performing research, calculating project costs, etc
• has Knowledge of the market or industry to meet the needs of clients and incorporate them into proposals.
• has the ability to conduct research and investigate potential opportunities.
• prepare and present technical presentations to clients / Employers, and work with teams of graphic designers and data analysts to develop these visual aids.
