Librarian in Lusail, Qatar
We are seeking a qualified Librarian to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our library collection, providing reference and research assistance to patrons, and maintaining the library's systems and resources.
Responsibilities
- Manage the library's collection by selecting, cataloging, and classifying materials
- Provide reference services and research assistance to students and faculty
- Maintain the library's systems and resources, including managing circulation, interlibrary loans, and online databases
- Develop and implement programs to promote literacy and encourage reading among students
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate information literacy skills into curriculum
- Train students on how to effectively use the library's resources
