Responsibilities

• Generate sales and deliver customer service at its best.
• Support other operational duties such as housekeeping, visual presentation standards, etc., as assigned by the Store Management Team.
• Provide hospitality and guest service by creating a positive first impression, including appropriate attire and a clean environment.
• Follow guaranteed Always Fresh procedures to ensure products are fresh and accurate.
• Deliver consistent guest service through a friendly attitude, attentive behavior, and strong product knowledge.
• Enhance the guest experience by applying the S.E.T. Principles : Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You.
• Ensure the accuracy of every order for every guest using proper procedures.
• Greet every guest promptly, aiming for a warm greeting within 5 seconds at the front counter and drive-thru.
• Maintain speed of service targets by working efficiently with urgency to fulfill orders and meet guests’ needs.
• Promptly address guest concerns or complaints and make it right, regardless of who was involved.
• Follow operations standards and guidelines for product preparation as trained.
• Prepare all products as required, following the order monitor for accuracy.
• Communicate product needs to ensure proper product availability for guests.
• Regularly monitor temperatures of required products and record in the Time & Temperature Log.
• Participate in store meetings and adhere to restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front counter for rush periods.
• Follow proper hand washing techniques and sanitation guidelines; complete all sanitation tasks as directed by the Store Manager.
• Cashiering : Receive payments, issue receipts or change, and maintain the checkout area.
• Count cash at the beginning of shifts to ensure accuracy and adequate change.
