Overview

House Manager Location : Ar-Ruwais, Saudi Arabia We are currently hiring a House Manager for our client in Ar-Ruwais, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a Pakistani or Malayalee national with excellent English communication skills. This is an English speaking job, so fluency in the language is essential. Responsibilities

Manage and supervise household staff, including scheduling and training Oversee housekeeping duties to ensure the residence is clean and well-maintained at all times Coordinate with contractors and vendors for any maintenance or repairs needed Keep track of household expenses and create budgets as needed Plan and organize events or parties hosted at the residence Manage inventory of household supplies and groceries Ensure security protocols are followed to maintain safety of the property Run errands as needed, such as grocery shopping or picking up dry cleaning Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required Excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal Ability to manage a team effectively and delegate tasks efficiently Good organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Willingness to work flexible hours as needed Must have a valid driver's license
