Information Technology Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-million-dollar banking transformation programs (core banking modernization, payments, regulatory & compliance, digital banking, open banking, etc.)
• Act as the primary point of contact for C-level client stakeholders (CRO, CFO, Head of Operations, etc.)
• Manage cross-functional teams (100–300+ FTEs) across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations
• Drive program governance, financials (budget, P&L), risk & issue management, and milestone tracking
• Ensure delivery excellence using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies as required
• Leverage Big 4 best practices in operating models, PMO frameworks, and client relationship management
• Mentor and develop junior delivery resources; contribute to presales and solutioning when required
