Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Purchasing Manager, based in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing procurement operations, negotiating supplier contracts, and ensuring timely and cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services. Duties include supplier evaluation, inventory management, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and collaborating with internal departments to meet operational needs. The Purchasing Manager will play a key role in ensuring the company's products and services are delivered with the highest quality while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in procurement, supply chain management, and vendor negotiation

Proficiency in inventory management and cost analysis

Strong organizational and planning skills

Proficiency with procurement and inventory management software

Excellent communication skills for supplier relations and team collaboration

Ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions

Knowledge of local and international regulations for procurement is preferred

Previous experience in a similar leadership role in the retail or gifting industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
