highly skilled senior consultant for Emergency Medicine

with leadership experience to join our team :

Requirements :

Board certified in Emergency Medicine (Applicants with Arab or western board certification will be preferred)

Minimum 6-7 years' experience.

Job Summary :

Senior Emergency Medicine Consultant will play a pivotal role in providing expert consultation, overseeing patient care, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence in our emergency department. This position offers an opportunity to lead and innovate within a fast-paced environment, delivering compassionate care to patients in need of urgent medical attention.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Provide leadership and supervision to a team of emergency physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals.

Lead by example in the assessment, management, and treatment of patients presenting to the emergency department.

Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, guidelines, and best practices in emergency medicine.

Assess and manage a wide range of acute medical conditions and emergencies, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.

Perform advanced procedures as required, including resuscitation, trauma management, and critical care interventions.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate smooth transitions within the healthcare system.

Mentor and educate junior medical staff, residents, and medical students in emergency medicine principles and practices.

Participate in educational initiatives, simulation training, and continuing medical education programs.

Stay updated with advancements in emergency medicine research and clinical guidelines, integrating new knowledge into practice.
