Develop a comprehensive Oil Spill Claims System for Qatar Petroleum
and the State of Qatar in accordance with the IOPC (International
Oil Pollution Compensation) Funds 1992 Claims Procedure.
Experience
r\n1. Excellent written and spoken English.\r\n2. Excellent analytical skills and Report writing ability.\r\n3. A Certificate in International Oil Spill Claims Management.\r\n 4. 12 Years of\r\nexperience in Planning / Costing / Finance of which 5 years in a\r\nsupervisory capacity in Oil & Gas Industry or environmental\r\nOrganisation.\r\n5. High skills and knowledge relating to incident damage claims and\r\nincident\r\nCompensation Fund and the activities of the International\r\nAssociation of Independent Tanker Owners (INTERTANKO) and the\r\n6. A good working knowledge of the International Oil Pollution\r\naccounting / costing techniques.\r\nInternational Tanker Owners Pollution Federation Limited (ITOPF).\r\n
Qualifications
