Rectification Controller B Shift

The Rectification Controller reports to the Forward Maintenance Manager and is a skilled maintenance technician undertaking a range reporting tasks prioritizing and allocating manpower. At this level, the post holder requires an excellent understanding of the Typhoon aircraft systems and reporting processes.

The post holder will be responsible for accurate maintenance and updating of ESS State Board progressing estimates and forecasts of aircraft recovery times. Briefing the Part M organization on the state of the Typhoon fleet and the recovery actions.

Core Activity :

• Provide effective leadership and supervision to team members under your direct supervision
• Ensuring that all maintenance activities are appropriately recorded and airworthiness records are maintained on relevant systems
• Perform Rectifications Control tasking :

Accurate maintenance and updating of ESS State Board progressing estimates and forecasts of aircraft recovery times

Briefing squadron authorised pilot regarding aircraft limitations
