Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in afriendly and professional manner.

Provide detailed product knowledgeand recommendations to help customers make informed purchasingdecisions.

Achieve and exceed individualsales targets and contribute to the store's overall sales goals.

Maintain store displays and ensureproducts are neatly arranged and stocked.

Handle customer inquiries, processtransactions, and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptlyand professionally.

Assist with inventory managementand restocking shelves.

Ensure the store environment isclean, organized, and visually appealing.

Stay updated on product knowledge,promotions, and store policies.

Work with the team to ensure the smooth operation of thestore.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retailsales, customer service, or related fields preferred.

Strong sales skills with a proventrack record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication skills inArabic (required).

Friendly, approachable, andconfident demeanor.

Ability to work well bothindependently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude, motivated, andeager to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-pacedretail environment.
