Job Description

Sika is embarking on the construction of a new plant and the consolidation of its existing sites in Qatar. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee the full cycle of these strategic projects. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of industrial construction, and proven project management experience to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and safe delivery in line with Sika's global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Planning

Lead the planning, design, and execution of the new plant construction and site consolidation projects.

Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, Sika standards, local regulations, and HSE requirements.

Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including authorities, consultants, and vendors.

Ensure all construction and consolidation activities follow Qatar's regulatory requirements, Sika's internal standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

Strong command of English; Arabic is an advantage
