Scaffolding Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Supervise scaffolding erection modification and dismantling activities onsite Ensure scaffolding work complies with safety standards and project specifications Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments of scaffolding structures Coordinate with safety officers engineers and subcontractors Verify scaffolding materials and equipment are suitable and certified Enforce safety protocols and promote a safetyfirst culture Maintain detailed records of scaffolding activities and inspections Address technical issues and provide guidance to scaffolding workers Requirements Relevant technical qualification or diploma 812 years of supervisory experience in scaffolding for Oil Gas or EPC projects Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards e g OSHA BS EN standards Excellent leadership communication and safety awareness skills Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment
