Job Description

We seek an experienced Assistant Director of Sales, preferably with prior experience in a similar role, a strong background in GCC market, and GCC / Qatar experience would be a valuable asset for this position.

• Lead local government, semi‑government, and VIP accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent production.
• Actively manage and grow GCC market segments, with a clear strategy for KSA, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
• Arabic speaker with strong communication skills and the ability to operate confidently with high‑profile dignitaries and protocol‑driven accounts.
• Proven experience in the Qatar or wider GCC market, preferably within luxury or lifestyle hospitality.
• Handle corporate clients, diplomats, and large government delegations end‑to‑end, from contracting, negotiations, rooming list management, pre‑arrival coordination, on‑site hosting, VIP welcoming, stay oversight, and final checkout follow‑up.
• Drive proactive sales, long‑term agreements, and strategic partnerships aligned with the hotel’s commercial objectives.
• Strong team player with a positive, solution‑driven mindset, able to collaborate effectively across all departments.
• Ability to handle contracting tasks, with working knowledge of key sales and hospitality systems (Microsoft 360, Opera, Delphi, Anais, Cvent…).
