We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Basis Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of SAP Basis administration with hands-on experience in deploying, managing, and optimizing SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ), SAP Data Services (BODS), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of SAP analytics platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end SAP Basis administration for analytics platforms, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Deploy, maintain, and optimize SAP BusinessObjects environments (servers, services, and reporting layers). Administer and manage SAP Data Services, ensuring efficient ETL processes, job scheduling, and monitoring. Configure and support SAP Analytics Cloud integration with various data sources. Design and manage high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies for SAP Analytics environments. Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues for SAP analytics systems. Conduct system restores, including repository and content recovery for SAP BusinessObjects and Data Services. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices for SAP system administration. Oversee license management for SAP analytics solutions, ensuring compliance and optimization of usage. Monitor and optimize system performance tuning for large-scale analytics workloads. Administer user access, roles, and authorizations, ensuring compliance with enterprise security policies. Support both Windows and Linux operating systems, with expertise in server administration and troubleshooting. Collaborate with BI developers, functional consultants, and infrastructure teams to align technical solutions with business requirements. Document system architecture, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 6+ years of SAP Basis experience, with at least 4 years specializing in SAP Analytics platforms. Solid knowledge of SAP HANA, relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL), and data integration technologies. Experience with system monitoring tools, job schedulers, and performance optimization. Strong understanding of security concepts (SSO, SSL, user provisioning, and authorizations). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. SAP Data Services (BODS) administration and monitoring. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration and administration. Preferred Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of cloud technologies and hybrid SAP deployments Experience with scripting, automation, and monitoring tools relevant to SAP analytics SAP Basis or SAP Analytics certifications (preferred)
