Job Summary
The HVAC Maintenance Technician will ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of air conditioning and ventilation systems through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Calibrate thermostats and monitor system performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Comply with all safety procedures and quality standards.
