Responsibilities
Conduct sourcing, tendering, and negotiation processes (RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, tenders). Verify technical specifications, prepare tender documents, and coordinate supplier site visits. Analyze bids, prepare evaluation reports, and recommend supplier awards. Ensure contracts are awarded and executed in compliance with policies and legal requirements. Manage vendor relationships, conduct performance reviews, and resolve disputes. Coordinate with Legal to draft, review, and finalize contracts and amendments. Monitor supplier compliance with contract terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement value-engineering initiatives. Perform price benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive procurement outcomes. Support the development of category strategies for Cinema F&B and Non-F&B categories. Assess and mitigate risks in supply chain operations. Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory frameworks. Maintain accurate procurement documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, IT, and other business units. Provide advice and consultation on complex or urgent procurement requirements. Support procurement transformation initiatives and process automation. Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in entertainment, cinema, F&B, or retail industries. Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract management. Strong knowledge of procurement and best practices and vendor management. Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent). Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills. Strong analytical and financial acumen. Understanding of F&B supply chain, equipment, and service contracts.
