IT OPERATIONS ANALYST

Overview RED TIC is recruiting for one of its clients an IT Operations Analyst profile for freelance assignment in Doha.

Mission As an IT Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the operational health of our IT systems. You will analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your role will be crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying trends and potential issues.

Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system incidents and outages.

Implement and maintain monitoring tools and systems to ensure proactive issue detection.

Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.

Document processes, procedures, and incident resolutions.

Participate in the planning and implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience (at least 3 years) as an IT Operations Analyst or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, Splunk).

Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Excellent communication skills in English and French.
