Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team and support the development, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems for electric bus operations and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of engineering best practices within the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems and components for electric bus infrastructure.
  • Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot system faults, and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform audits to ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and internal policies.
  • Analyze operational data to improve system performance and support testing and commissioning processes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience :
  • Minimum of 5 years in electrical engineering
  • At least 2 years in project management
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role within the GCC
  • Preferred Certifications :
  • Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Electrical Safety Certification
  • Technical Skills :
  • Electrical system design
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Project management
  • Data analysis and optimization

    • Additional Requirements

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proven experience in managing complex engineering tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
