Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across IT, ELV, CCTV, cybersecurity, and AI solutions Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise and government clients Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic account management and effective deal closing Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored solutions Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in target segments Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations Stay updated with market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account activity reports in CRM Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Projects, Finance, and Operations to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction Skills

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 5–8 years of proven sales experience in

IT infrastructure, ELV, CCTV, and cybersecurity solutions

within Qatar / GCC Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong relationship-building and client management abilities Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform under pressure Highly proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal writing Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
