Description
Job Title : Tender Specialist
Location : Qatar
We are seeking a skilled Tender Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience using Ariba and SAP portals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage company registrations and tender activity on Ariba, SAP, and other portals
- Identify relevant tenders and coordinate the complete preparation and submission of all required documents
- Collaborate with internal departments (legal, finance, operations) to gather supporting materials
- Ensure submissions meet all client requirements and are delivered on time
- Keep accurate records of submissions and outcomes; prepare regular activity reports
