Barista

Barista As a Barista at our busy coffee shop in Ar-Ruwais, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. You will also play a key role in maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This is a full-time position with no English language requirements, making it an ideal job for Egyptian nationals or students looking for work experience. You will receive a monthly salary of $1200 and have the opportunity for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to established recipes and standards

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Welcome and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Take orders, handle payments, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed

Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed

Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient operations during busy periods

Requirements

Prior experience as a barista preferred but not required

Strong communication skills in Arabic, basic English skills are a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor

Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays if needed

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
