Summary

Park Hyatt Doha is a sophisticated luxury hotel located in Msheireb Downtown, the heart of Doha’s cultural and heritage district.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Team Leader – Reservations to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Reservation team in ensuring smooth daily operations, while delivering exceptional guest service and optimizing revenue through accurate and efficient reservation handling.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in reservation operations at luxury or five‑star hotels.
• Strong knowledge of CRS (e.g., Opera), PMS, and channel management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a sharpened eye for detail.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to analyze challenges and implement solutions.
