Sales & Revenue Manager
to lead the commercial strategy of our 4-star hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue, expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving sales performance across all business segments. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and results-driven professional with strong hospitality experience. Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management
Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize room rates and maximize hotel revenue. Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns. Prepare revenue forecasts and contribute to budget planning. Manage distribution channels, OTAs, corporate accounts, and ensure rate parity. Sales & Business Development
Identify and target new business opportunities (corporate, leisure, travel agencies, events). Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and agencies. Conduct sales calls, property tours, and participate in exhibitions when required. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Marketing & Promotion
Assist in creating promotional packages and hotel campaigns. Coordinate with the marketing team to improve hotel visibility and market presence. Analyze ROI on all sales and promotional activities. Reporting & Analysis
Provide weekly and monthly sales and revenue performance reports. Recommend improvements based on data, trends, and business needs. Ensure accurate tracking of sales pipelines and revenue opportunities. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field. Minimum
3–5 years experience
in Sales and / or Revenue Management within the hotel industry. Strong understanding of Qatar hospitality market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Must be an Arabic speaker. Must have a valid QID in Qatar. Package
Salary : 8,000 – 10,000 QAR
