We are looking Service Delivery Engineer for Qatar Years of Experience 7 years Provide VMware support including incident and service requests Advance support of Windows OS Servers Manage Active Directory DNS DHCP File and Print Services Vulnerability mitigation to keep systems up to date Mail service management Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 Patch Management using WSUS SCCM Applying OS hardening policies Participate in root cause analysis of major incidents Monitor virtualization infrastructure Provide security compliance under relevant security policies Configuring Azure services to meet the needs of the organization O365 administration Azure VMWare Services L2 Support for Systems environment Problemsolving and troubleshooting Cross functional communication with other Service Delivery teams and external parties MS HA configuration Strong technical knowledge and expertise in IT systems networks and infrastructure with the ability to effectively manage and maintain them Basic knowledge in o Cloud solutions including Azure o Data Centre technologies and platforms o Network and server load balancers o MS Exchange Server o Mail security solutions FortiMail o SCCM o VMware Virtualization technologies o Disaster Recovery Solutions o Windows Server OS Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or equivalent Relevant technology certification e g VMWare VCA Microsoft MCSA ITIL v3 Foundation If you are interested please send the below details at the earliest Your CV in word format Total Yrs of Experience Relevant Experience in VMware Experience in SCCM Any Certifications Current Salary Salary Expectation in QAR Notice Period Current Location Visa Type You can be able to relocate to Qatar
