Marketing Coordinator
This position provides administrative and operational support to the marketing team. This role ensures smooth workflow across marketing projects, assists with day-to-day tasks, and performs additional duties as assigned to support the team’s objectives.
- Assist marketing managers and executives with daily tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
- Prepare and organize marketing materials, presentations, and reports as requested.
- Support event planning and execution, including logistics and coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and filing systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in managing social media updates, email campaigns, and other marketing communications as needed.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by managers to support business priorities.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure tasks and campaigns progress efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.1–2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative support role, preferably in marketing.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning marketing tools.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities.Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing tasks and requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
