Project Director

Reports To : Company Management / Executive Vice President

Location : Primary : Onshore Project Office (Qatar). Significant travel to fabrication yards and offshore required.

Project Rotation : with complete project lifecycle.

Project Type : EPC Offshore Oil & Gas (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Hook-Up, and Commissioning)

Objective of the Role :

To provide overall strategic leadership, direction, and management for the entire EPC project, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and performance standards. The Project Director is the ultimate company representative and is fully accountable for the project's success and profitability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties :

Overall Leadership & Strategy :

• Hold full P&L (Profit & Loss) responsibility for the project.
• Define the project execution strategy and establish the overall objectives, critical success factors, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the project team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and build a strong, professional relationship with the client's senior management, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
