Responsibilities

• Oversee all orchard and indoor plant maintenance activities, supporting outdoor landscape upkeep.
• Continuously inspect indoor landscape areas and report defects, nutrient deficiencies, pests, diseases, and toxicity.
• Recommend remedies and cures using the latest agrochemical products and technology.
• Meticulously inspect and audit orchard and indoor plants to maintain optimal health.
• Ensure optimal soil and plant relationships to maximize fertilisation efficiency.
• Conduct experimental and horticultural tests to determine optimum inputs for healthier plant output.
• Oversee contractor activities, ensuring full implementation of contractual SLAs.
• Ensure all related work orders in the Airport asset management system are completed to project specifications and standards.
• Monitor irrigation network performance and recommend adjustments for plant health.
• Report landscape conditions to the line manager with a detailed quality‑assurance process.
• Maintain continuous communication with contractors, recommending resource, manpower, equipment, and consumable adjustments to optimise efficiency.
• Propose actions for continuous business improvement and outcome optimisation.
• Ensure safety measures are applied among all contractors.
