Project Manager

What will you do?

Create project scopes, timelines and facilitate meetings, take notes and follow-up on action items.

Keep track of projects, deliverables and deadlines.

Liaise between the client and the creative team to ensure each project is correctly implemented.

Translate business requirements into briefings for the creative team.

Deliver feedback to the creative team on deliverables, including strategy, creative concepts, advertising campaigns, presentations, digital, and print.

Create budgets and quotations.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

What do you need?

2+ years of experience in brand marketing and project management — ideally within an agency setting.

A proactive, hands‑on mindset with a drive to make things happen.

You’re systematic, organised, and have an exceptional eye for detail.

Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease.

Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Confident in client communication and skilled at managing key stakeholder relationships.

Experienced with project management tools.

Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Must be based in Qatar with a valid QID (minimum validity of 6 months).

Attested education certificates and transcripts are required.
