Reporting to : Training Manager, Inspire Management Training Centre

Program : Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP)

Role Overview : Inspire Management Training Centre is seeking a qualified and dynamic Freelance Trainer to deliver the Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) training program. The trainer will be responsible for providing engaging, practical, and industry‑relevant sessions that equip participants with the essential knowledge to design, maintain, and manage mission‑critical data centers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the CDCP course content as per the official certification guidelines and Inspire standards.
• Facilitate interactive sessions that combine theory with real‑world applications and case studies.
• Ensure participants understand data centre design principles, power and cooling systems, and operational management.
• Provide guidance and support to trainees during assessments and certification preparation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge on data centre technologies, standards, and best practices.
• Prepare and submit training reports, attendance records, and feedback forms to the training coordinator.
• Represent Inspire professionally and uphold the quality and reputation of the training centre.
